Summerfield Dental is a brand new, custom designed dental surgery in Pakington Street, Newtown.
Situated in a beautiful Victorian building, ‘Summerfield House’ underwent a full renovation in 2023 to convert it into a light, airy and calming space for all your dental treatment needs.
Owned by Dr Jodie Eales, Summerfield Dental provides a comprehensive range of quality dental services for the whole family in a friendly environment by highly trained, motivated, and experienced dentists.

General Dentistry
We’ll examine your teeth, often with the advantage of onsite x-ray, diagnose any problems and formulate a treatment plan.
We recommend 6 monthly visits for routine examinations and professional cleaning.
Children
Our dentists are mums, so we understand kids!
Eligible children have access to $1,000 of bulk billed dental treatment over a 2 year period, through the Medicare funded Child Dental Benefit Schedule.
Cosmetic Dentistry
We can improve your smile using the latest techniques and materials to alter the shape, size and alignment of your teeth. Talk to us about composite bonding, crowns and veneers and more.
Emergency Appointments
Dental emergencies can and do happen. We have emergency appointments available every day should you need us at short notice.
Summerfield Dental is an accredited dental practice and our dentists are members of the Australian Dental Association (ADA) and the Australian Dental Association Victorian Branch (ADAVB).
We have HICAPS available for easy health fund claims and have affiliations with Medibank Private, HCF and CBHS.
We accept all health funds and enjoy treating our Department of Veteran Affairs Gold Card Holders.
We treat eligible children under the Commonwealth Child Dental Benefit Scheme (CDBS) without an out-of-pocket expense.
