Dr Jodie Eales
Dr Jodie Eales is a general dentist who completed a Bachelor of Dental Science degree, with honours, from the University of Melbourne in 2001. Since graduating she has worked as a locum dentist in Mount Isa, QLD where the work involved flying into remote communities and in Tasmania. After living in Berlin for a period of time she returned to her hometown of Geelong and started working in private practice.
Jodie is a member of both the Australian Dental Association and the Victorian Dental Association. She happily attends continuing education lectures and is always on the lookout for international courses!
Jodie enjoys all aspects of dentistry. She is committed to building positive dental experiences for the whole family through experience, a relaxed manner, and clear communication. She is a passionate advocate of preventive dental care.
Jodie now lives in Geelong with her husband and two daughters. She loves creating adventures with her family and their puppy, is a rose lover, an art lover and wants to become better at fishing and photography! After designing the new practice space she also dreams of creating more dental practices that are both beautiful and functional in design.
Dr Tiana Melo Howard
Dr Tiana Melo Howard is a general dentist who completed a Bachelor of Dental Science degree, with honours, from the University of Western Australia in 2012. She also has completed a Bachelor of Science and a Diploma in Italian (ciao!).
Tiana is an active member in the dental community, she is a member of the Australian Dental Association (ADA) and serves on the committee for the Australia Central Association of Dentists. She previously served on the committee of ADA Victorian Branch ‘Southern Group’ as both Secretary and Treasurer from 2014-2020.
Tiana loves being a general family dentist; she aims to address your immediate dental concerns but also provide comprehensive care and oral education with a goal towards long term stability. Tiana’s favourite patients are the little ones and she believes a trip to the dentist can be a fun experience. Often complemented on her manner, gentle nature and good humour, Tiana helps to put her patients concerns at ease.
Tiana grew up in Perth but moved to Victoria after completing her studies. She has now settled in Geelong, having met her partner here, and recently welcomed a second daughter into their family. She loves to bake, eat baked treats, and is a sucker for a bad dad joke!
